In this section, you will be starting in a press-up position, on dumbbells. You'll then extend your legs out like a burpee, spring up into a wide stance, swing the weights through your legs and swing it up above your head, then return the swing back through the legs and return them through the floor.
Chaps you'll use the 10kg's, chicks will use the 7kg's
